In their short life, Ebenezer and the Hymnasters have lept onto the Midwest music scene with their eclectic mix of songs filled with mystery and intrigue, old timey spirituals and murder ballads. Ebenezer and the Hymnasters is the accidental brainchild of singer/songwriter Bruce Benedict (Emory Salem). This "Folkestra" masterfully combines everything from the fiddle to the saw, the electric slide, washboard. autoharp, rhythm section and soaring three part harmonies into an experience that will both take you back to simpler days and give you hope for the future of music.
